Mama's Lies – Daddy's Pain, Brian W. Smith entertains us with a witty, quick-paced, and emotionally-charged page-turner. He highlights a growing problem that is too often swept under the rug: misuse of the child support system. At times I found myself laughing hysterically and even on the brink of tears, wanting so much to reach through the book and comfort Jamal in my own special way . . . Smith even offers a smart balance; on one hand, he exposes the conniving ex-lover, and on the brighter side, he shows that behind every good man, is a supportive woman! Well-written and delightfully controversial, this book is definitely one you don't put down until the end.
