Be prepared to cry, get frustrated, and get pissed (there’s really no other way to put it!). After drowning in despair, Wilson saves us with a glimmer of hope, then triumph. With so many details about her childhood, I only regret that I was rushed through adulthood . . . A quick read and quite the emotional rollercoaster, I recommend Rewriting the Script to anyone searching for a highly charged literary discussion. -  Sistah Tasha
